Digital delivery

Our products are digital; no physical item is shipped and no shipping fee applies to digital products.

After an order is placed and paid, available files are sent to the email address entered at checkout. Check your inbox and spam folder. If your file does not arrive or you need access help, contact contact@spassociation-usa.click and include your order number.

Refund requests

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting contact@spassociation-usa.click with your order number and details. Digital products do not need to be physically returned.

We review requests and respond using the contact details provided. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
